Services include: Labor to disassemble and reassemble at site (disassembly charge may be waived if customer disassembles) replacement of Rulon/Turcite way material, regrinding replacement Turcite and way surfaces, replacement of lubrication lines and metering valves, relining and grinding gib blocks, rebuilding ballscrews, supplying new bearings, cable assemblies and cable carriers, realignment/readjustment at site, and installation. 12-14 workday turnaround.
