• The Siemens Servo Controller Package replaces outmoded GE AC200 and General
  Motion controllers.

Servo drive and motor upgrades

For Monarch Style-A machines:

Models 45, 75, 150, 175, 200 and RT with a GE 2000, GE-Fanuc 11M or Dynapath 20/30 CNC with one of the following:

• Gettys or Powertron N360 DC motors and drives
• GE AC-200 motors and drives
• General Motion motors and drives
• Siemens 1FT5 motors and 610 drive

Services include:

• On-site removal of old motors & drives
• Installation of:
  • New Siemens 611U servo drives
  • 1FT6 motors (X,Y, Z & W axis), Z,W, & tool motor gearboxes
  • DC motor & drive for tool chain DC drive
  • 10-kW infeed module
  • New isolation transformer (when required)
  • New X&Y axis pulleys & belts, motor adapters, motor brackets, interconnect cables, and misc. components.
    
• This upgrade eliminates the shared Z,W,Tool drive concept and uses a dedicated drive for each of Z, W, & tool motors.
• Installation & living expenses included. Travel expenses billed at cost.

For Monarch Style-B machines:
